1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Maplee you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

3. Marketplace

Maplee connects buyers with independent Canadian makers. Each maker is responsible for their product listings, fulfilment, and compliance with applicable laws. Maplee is not the seller of record.

4. Purchases and Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are set by individual makers and may change. All prices are in Canadian dollars.

5. Returns and Refunds

Return and refund policies are set by each maker and displayed on their shop. Maplee may assist in dispute resolution but is not responsible for maker fulfilment decisions.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not create false accounts, manipulate reviews, circumvent platform fees, or engage in any conduct that disrupts the marketplace or harms other users or makers.

7. Intellectual Property

The Maplee name, logo, and platform design are the property of Maplee. Makers retain ownership of the content and images they upload to their shops.

8. Limitation of Liability

Maplee is provided on an 'as is' basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Maplee is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post notice of significant changes and, where required by law, seek your consent. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
